Green tea?
I heard green tea is good for your metabolism and losing weight…but I find it a little bitter….will adding sugar or honey make the effect of Green tea disappear? or is there another way to make it taste more yummy?

What I learned from my mom is to put a spoonful of honey and squeeze half a lemon to my green tea to make it taste better. It doesn’t totally get rid of the green tea taste, but the honey and lemon make it taste yummy for me
